Thank you for shopping with Bluvabot. We want you to feel confident when purchasing our robotic pool cleaners and accessories. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before requesting a return.
30 Day Return Window
Products purchased directly from www.bluvabot.com may be eligible for return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must not be damaged by misuse, accident, neglect, improper operation, unauthorized repair, unauthorized modification, improper storage, or any other human caused damage. The product must be returned with all original accessories, parts, manuals, power adapters, packaging materials, and any free gifts included with the order.
Please rinse, dry, and safely pack the product before shipping it back.

Your order number
Your full name and email address used for the purchase
The purchase channel or store where the product was purchased
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, invoice, or receipt
Product model and serial number
Reason for return or refund request
Photos or videos showing the product condition and, if applicable, the issue you are experiencing
Once we receive your request, our customer support team and technical team will review the information. We may ask for additional photos, videos, troubleshooting results, or product details before approving the return.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not ship the product to any address before receiving our approval.
Technical Review
For product issues, our technical team may review the product information, photos, videos, troubleshooting steps, and returned unit after it arrives.
If the issue is confirmed to be a non human caused product defect within the 30 day return window, the product may be eligible for refund, replacement, or other resolution at our discretion.
If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, is missing accessories, shows signs of misuse, or differs from the product originally purchased, the return may be rejected or a partial refund may be issued.
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping cost is not included in the refund. We recommend using an insured shipping service.
Refunds
After we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and confirm whether it meets the conditions of this policy.
After the final check, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds usually appear within 7 to 14 business days after approval, depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or original payment method.
Shipping fees, return shipping fees, handling fees, gift wrapping fees, expedited shipping fees, and other service fees are not refundable unless required by applicable law or confirmed by us in writing.
Non Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
Products returned after the 30 day return window
Products damaged by misuse, accident, neglect, improper operation, unauthorized repair, or unauthorized modification
Products with missing accessories, parts, manuals, packaging, or serial number labels
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third party marketplaces not approved by Bluvabot
Consumable or routine maintenance parts, including filters, brushes, wheels, tracks, bags, and similar items, unless they arrive defective
Final sale, clearance, customized, or promotional items marked as non returnable
Products sent back without prior approval
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process described above.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the package, photos or videos of the product, and a clear description of the issue.
We will review the case and provide the next steps after verification.
